I am A Certified Holistic Self-Empowerment Coach and Mind-body Practitioner. I offer guidance and support for the adventurous, spiritual woman who is ready to start her holistic journey to self-love and confidence.
TRUST THE JOURNEY. These were the first words I wrote in my journal before making a decision to embark on a life of sobriety, face a long eating disorder battle, truly understand the anxiety I had lived with all my life, challenge everything I had ever thought about myself and truly discover who I AM. And to accept all that I AM.
Throughout the years, all the negative behavior and thoughts patterns I had created towards myself, reached a breaking point. I could no longer bare living with feelings of so much self-hatred, worthlessness and lack of control. It was getting me absolutely nowhere in my life and I was spiraling into despair. I had completely lost my sense of self and the world around me. Although, I had tried and failed numerous times to get myself balanced and healthy, I was still so obsessed and lost in my addictions. My trust in life and my spiritual practices had been forgotten. I wasn’t focusing enough on all the good things I had in my life. I was anything but confidence and self-empowered.
How did I get to this point? I wasn’t born hating myself. I didn’t call myself terrible names then. When I was younger I didn’t obsess about every body part and how it was disgusting. I didn’t always bury my anxiety with a bottle of booze. I used to be positive and hopeful. I loved what I had to offer the world.
I knew deep down I could get back what I had lost so I hung on to that little tiny piece of hope.
To end my suffering and dark self-destructive cycle, I had two choices in that moment: Give up and continue self-sabotaging everything or choose to move forward and somehow learn to love myself again. I had to break down my huge list of limiting beliefs and rewire my mind and thoughts to see life with a fresh set of positive, grateful eyes rather from than from a place of lack and self-loathing.
So, I first made the commitment to be my own best friend again. Whatever it took.
Second, I made the commitment to get sober. Whatever it took.
I then started my journey by doing what I have deeply loved since the beginning.
Travel and adventure with a spiritual twist.
I spent 15 months traveling the world solo. Checking off my bucket list. Following dreams I had had since I was a little girl. Learning new ways to live. New ways to think. Exploring and studying yoga, meditation and other holistic modalities. I dove deep into my own self-discovery (something that I am always working on).
I cried. I laughed. I was scared. I trusted. I was doubtful. I was hopeful. I had struggles. I had fun.
But, after many months of focusing on myself, my health and really doing the hard inner work, I finally allowed myself to embrace ME with love and confidence. My mind, body and spirit were aligned and I was able to transition into a life of empowerment in all that I do.
For the first time in years, I felt proud of something. I had discovered who I was as a person. I felt worthy of joy. I was able to forgive myself. I learned to give myself grace throughout my journey. I really loved myself. Making the choice to invest time, money and energy in myself and my life over 6 years ago, was the best gift I have ever given myself.
I have finally found compassion and acceptance for not just myself, but each day I am given. Happiness was there all along, I just had to get out of my own way.
It is and always will be a daily practice, but I now have the knowledge, tools and support to face anything and to live a holistically balanced life.

I truly desire this for all women and I know YOU can have this too!
Your journey is unique. You don’t have to go to far away places for months to discover your authentic self and learn to embrace your amazing qualities. It all starts with a CHOICE. A choice to say YES to YOU and your well-being. A YES to YOUR adventure!
It’s my passion to help guide you on YOUR journey of self-love, confidence and self-empowerment. I will share and teach a variety of holistic tools and practices that I have studied and experienced in my own life. This includes a combination of neuroscience, stress reduction based tools, meditation and mindfulness, relaxation techniques, positive psychology and more.
You may not resonate with everything and that’s okay! That’s why our time together is all personalized to your own journey.
Together we will have fun exploring many layers of what makes YOU…YOU!
I am committed to being a huge support in helping you to:
➳ Recognize and change your limiting beliefs
➳ Learn new positive self-talk
➳ Rewire your mindset
➳ Change your perspective
➳ Rewrite your story
➳ Become the best version of YOU!
Discovering and living your true self while cultivating self-compassion and a positive self-esteem is a daily commitment but so worth it. Creating your own unique toolbox for strength and resilience and having a committed support system by your side is also an incredibly rewarding journey. When you invest in yourself (because you deserve it) to learn how to live a holistically empowered life-a balanced mind, body and spirit, your life really will be brighter. Even when things get tough (because they will sometimes), you will have a strong mindset to react with authenticity, self-love and confidence. You will understand that it’s all part of the journey. And that is empowering!
